Refund & Return Policy

At Blackwater Customs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each order is made with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in new, resaleable condition (no signs of wear, installation, or modification).

  • All original components, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because many of our products are custom-made or built to order, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special order or clearance products

  • Installed or used items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

If a custom or made-to-order item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll work to resolve it.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery at support@blackwatercustoms.com.

  2. Include photos or video clearly showing the issue and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Blackwater Customs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-custom items.


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or version, please email support@blackwatercustoms.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has already begun.
Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
